A solo art exhibition by Md Hasan Morshed has been going on at the Zainul Gallery of Faculty of Fine Arts, Dhaka University. This is the second solo exhibition by the young artist who is working since 1990 with a commitment to depict the beauty of Bangladesh through his artworks. The ongoing exhibition features Morshed's watercolor paintings, which portray different subjects including nature, landscape, legends and many others. A beautiful painting titled Landscape on display at the exhibition presents the hannony of natural beauty in Sylhet region. Nongor, another mentionable wofi( displayed at the exhibition, articulates the artists creative attempt to portray the struggle of the boatmen.
Behula Lakhindar, also on display, depicts the leading characters of one of the very popular myths of the country titled Mansamangal. The composition also carries the message of the divinity of love by portraying the romanticism between Behula and Lakhindar. Some of the canvases attract the viewers at a glance by their huge sizes. The biggest canvas at the exhibition reflects the artist himself with a dream to capture the vastness of the sky in his canvas. Arturo Perez Martinez, Spanish ambassador to Bangladesh, inaugurated the show on May 12. National Professor Kabir Chowdhury and eminent artist Professor Hamiduzzaman Khan were also present on the occasion as chief guest and special guests respectively.
The exhibition will continue till May 18.

are on display at a solo art exhibition at Zainul Gallery-2 of the fine art faculty in the city. Arturo Perez Martinez, ambassador of Spain in Bangladesh,
inaugurated the exhibition on 12th May. Among others, renowned Artist Professor Hamiduzzaman Khan and professor AAMS Arefin Siddiqui, vice chancellor of Dhaka
University, were present on the occasion.
